- Since 1st September 2008: This was the date when the elected 1st Term Management Corporation appointed HBA largely due to our success in Melena Apartment; and also via the strong recommendations given by the same developers, Country View Bhd.
- Melawis Apartment was also in a dilapidated condition when HBA took over and the MC has zero balance in its management fund. Collections then were about 30% only but it is now around 85%.
PANGSA SRI LANANG, TAMAN DESA TEBRAU
- Since 1st November 2008: HBA was appointed by Developers (Plenitude) to organize the 1st AGM and when the Council was formed, it appointed HBA as its facilities managing agent. This is a huge complex consisting of 1620 units of low-to-medium cost apartment and shop units. At the time, it was managed by a JMB who it has a deficit of more than RM100,000 due to the Developers.
- In spite of management fund, HBA was able to keep maintenance on-going and uninterrupted. With supports from the Council, we successfully improved collections to between 80% to 85% range now.
ROSE VILLA APARTMENT, KULAI
- Since 16th August 2011: This was the date HBA was appointed by Perbadanan Pengurusan (Management Corporation) to manage this 440 units Apartment.
- Everything was going downhill when HBA came into the scene but, after only 3 month, general improvements are now visible.
RUMAH PANGSA DESA MUAFAKAT, TAMAN SURIA MUAFAKAT
- Since 1st June 2010: The developers (IJM) appointed HBA to manage this brand new low-to-medium cost shops cum residential complex. Our services included assisting the developers to release the keys monitor defects complaints and rectifications, recommend and implement house rules, assisting new occupiers to be adjusted to high-rise livings and implementation of security services.
SKY LOFT PREMIUM SUITES
- Since 1st November 2015: The Management Proposal for the Condo was requested by SP Setia on behalf of the JMB. Consist of 374 units, with full facilities.
TANJUNG PUTERI RESORT APARTMENT, PASIR GUDANG.
- Since December 2011: This was the date when HBA formally took over from Keck Seng (M) Sdn Bhd to manage 560 units of walk-up apartments. There are 16 blocks in total with each block consists of 5-storey.
BADAN PENGURUSAN BERSAMA LARKIN IDAMAN PLOT C
- Since February 2013: This was that date HBA was appointed by Badan Pengurusan Bersama to manage its 616 units of medium cost in Taman Larkin Idaman.
PERTUBUHAN PENDUDUK ZON ROCHESTER
- Since May 2014 : This was that date HBA was appointed to manage 310 units and after six months (6) 82 units were included during the confirmation of architect submission to MPJBT.
